The Story Behind EscapeInwards - 

EscapeInwards grew from my own fascination with **nature, wildlife, photography and the lesser-seen stories of India.
I am Ankit Chaturvedi, a technology professional by profession and a wildlife photographer and nature enthusiast by passion.
Over the years, my journeys through forests, landscapes and rural India have given me a different perspective on travel.
I discovered that some of the most memorable experiences don't necessarily come from visiting the most famous places.
They come from watching a tiger move silently through the forest, waiting for a bird to appear through the foliage, 
walking through an old landscape, meeting local people, listening to their stories, or simply sitting quietly while nature unfolds around you.

That experience became the inspiration for EscapeInwards.

More Than Tourism -

For me, travel has never been about collecting destinations. It is about experiencing a place.
EscapeInwards brings together my interests in wildlife, photography, nature, culture, history and exploration to create journeys that
encourage travellers to look beyond conventional tourism.
Our focus is particularly on the forests, wildlife and cultural landscapes of Central India and beyond - places where nature and human
heritage continue to exist together.
Whether it is a wildlife expedition, photography journey, nature escape, cultural exploration or an offbeat adventure, our aim is to create
experiences that feel personal, authentic and unhurried.

I believe that meaningful travel should leave a positive impression—not only on the traveller, but also on the places and
communities being visited.
EscapeInwards therefore believes in responsible and respectful travel. 
We encourage appreciation of wildlife without disturbing it, respect for local cultures and communities, and a greater understanding of the
landscapes we explore.
Where possible, our journeys aim to support local people and businesses while encouraging travellers to become more conscious of the
natural and cultural heritage around them.
